What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with high quality and clean burning Parasoy blend vegan wax. This smooth & creamy wax is created with a 52% soy & 48% paraffin. Our wicks are are natural wood. 

Can I order a custom size candle?

Yes! We are able to produce customized candles based upon request (size & scent). Please email midtowncandle@gmail.com with your size & scent requests as well as any other requested customizations. Upon receipt of your email we will review to ensure we are able to deliver your request. Upon review and acceptance of your order we will send an estimate for your approval.

What is your processing time like?

Midtown Candle Co. will process orders within 2-3 business days and create your custom made order within 10 business days. If there are any further delays beyond this we will contact you to let you know processing & delivery time. Please also contact us if you have an order required for a specific date.

There is an issue with my order, what should I do?

How do I know I am getting a good quality product?

We are committed to our customers satisfaction and we take pride in the quality of our candles. Midtown Candle Co. candles are made in Canada and are subject to quality assurance prior to being shipped.
